Our client, a sole distributor for Civil FEM, the most comprehensive software for civil engineering, for SAARC countries is looking for high caliber resources to cater to the needs of its industrial and academic segment of civil FEM users. Civil FEM encompasses large part of civil engineering namely: Nuclear power plant structures, tunnels, foundations, dams, bridges, wind/hydraulic power plants and many more hence the challenge also is to reach the software, to the legitimate user base and increase the existing customer base by many a fold. They have the following requirement:

Technical -Lead (Civil FEM)

Required Skills / Experience:

• Candidates with M. Tech in civil with more than 5years of field experience, in design of civil structures
• Excellent oral and written communication
• Capable of doing hand calculations for fairly complex situations
• Through knowledge of FEM is a must
• Must have worked on at least one design software
• Must be willing to take up challenges

Highway Engineer Graduate Civil Engineer
Role
· Will be involved in all aspects of highway work (Not design, but implementation)
· Will need to oversee the work done by the contractor and the supervision consultant
Job Specification
· Work Experience (3 to 12 years)
Must have had highway experience in the areas of
1. Road alignment
2. Lining out Structures
3. Quality Control
4. Adherance to Specifications etc

He could be either from the Clients side, the contractor’s side or the consultant’s side
· Education
Bachelor in Civil Engineering
· CTC
Rs.1.5 lakhs to 5 lakhs pa depending on experience and skill
· Skill Set

Commercial Manager Civil Engineers
To lead team for commercial related activities, such as producing Bill of Materials for tenders/estimates, and Material Take-Offs for completed projects and other related Quantity Surveying activities.
Candidates' Profile:- Must have relevant previous experience in a commercial environment. Ideally this should be in structural steel engineering, but applications from candidates from the related fields of construction or engineering will be considered. Must hold a relevant Degree in Engineering (Civil/ Mechanical  engineering.) or Quantity Surveying.

QA coordinator Civil Engineers
To implement and maintain QA systems within an office environment (engineering design and detailing). Candidate will be required to locally implement the group QA policy as directed from our UK parent.
Software Exp.: Windows, Word, Excel and other such common programmes.
Candidates' profile: Relevant experience in QA related field. Candidate should be ideally a degree holder in a related field of engineering. Also applicants with qualifications in Business Administration will be considered. Candidates need to possess knowledge of organisational practices, administration and supervision. Good written and verbal communication skills and proficiency in English are also required.
